Just quit smoking, started actually geting engaged in many challening activities. Untill recently I felt tired by default. I did not have the desire to do enything. Now I feel healthy-tired, from being active all day. I can finally sleep better too,

I am not sure why it is so, but I feel tired. Checked out blood work, labs, everything looks okay. I put a fresh face everyday in the morning as I go to work, but after the drive back home, all I wanna do is just lie down and go to sleep. Drinking a cup of coffee might keep me awake for maybe an hour or so, but nothing beyond that. I don’t feel very productive once I get home and then I watch TV. Not sure how to make improvements, but lets see how this will go.

I am not wure why I can’t get up in the mornings. And, alarm clocks don’t help. I just sleep right through them. So need something else. And when i DO GET UP, I feel sleepy for an hour or so. I want to be able to get up and read and write inmy journal. But fall asleep ove book or paper. What to do?

It seems that i will always feel tired as i have irratable bowel disease… not sure if its cronhs or colitus yet, but that explains why i am so tired all the time. Oh well, just gives me an excuse to spend more time in bed reading heehee.

being tired has all to do with how you eat, and I’m eating crap, so I feel like crap. AND it’s all my fault cause the crap is cheap real tastly and doesn’t require cooking. Ultra bad combination if you want to be not tired all the time.
