I work in a global bank and there is an opening for a financial analyst in our Singapore office. The work scope is only slightly different from my current job, and i’m sure my skills fit their requirements perfectly! I’ve pre-cleared my intentions with my current manager and have sent my resume to the Singapore office.

I want to work and live in Singapore with my whole being! The love of my life already lives there, and since 2 years ago, we’re carrying on a challenging long-distance relationship. It’s time I join her and for us to live a happy, meaningful life – together.

Getting this job is the first big step to making our dreams come true!

Can’t wait to actually start working on the 7th of April.

Right now, I’ve been spending some time at home, recharging my batteries and preparing myself mentally, emotionally and physically for the new job. I really hope I do well in this job.

The investment bank made me an offer today and I accepted. I have a job now and I start on the 7th of April. I’m so happy.

I had my interview with the investment bank today and I received feedback that the interviewer really liked me. :) Thank You God for being with me during those times and thank you for keeping me lucid and bright. Today, I had a lovely chat with the HR business partner at the investment bank and I hope I did well in the interview. There will be one more interview with the line manager and from there, perhaps a job offer.

Thank you God for giving me this interview and for giving me the opportunity to work in this investment bank. I really want this with all of my heart and I know that I will get this job, sooner or later.
