I entered a Body for Life contest 10 years ago. I came so close – maybe two more weeks of serious work and those things woulda popped. But by the end of the 12 weeks I was so exhausted I simply could not continue. Life then kicked me the crap out of me. All goals and growth put on hold as I entered survival mode. Now, one decade later I am contemplating another run at the challenge. This time I am 20 pounds lighter to start so those abs really could happen.
so far, i seem to progress negatively…though i’ve started torturing my abs more :-)
