    I know i should!!! 1 day ago

I carry all my stress in my back and it can b sooooo painful sometimes and i know if i had a massage once a month it would be worth it. It’s only £15 a month which if i made lunch for a week instead of buying it i wouldn’t be spending any extra money!!!
Y do i always put it off, it’s an amazing treatment. Ok am soo going to do this!!

okay, so I’ve come nowhere close to hitting this goal. (Last one was May of last year)
But, I got a massage today. So, maybe I’ll get one in October.

Who doesn't love to be pampered? 9 months ago

Ever since I had my first full body massage, I’ve been longing to have them regularly. Time used to be an issue, but now it’s lack of money. As soon as I get back on track, I want to find a spa and start to get massages once a month. They are great for relaxation.

Well, I don't seem to be doing this.... 1 year ago

My sister does this every month, and it makes a lot of sense. Everytime I get one I wonder why I don’t do it more often, but when I go to make the appointment, I think it’s so frivolous…

If I don’t get one in the next month, I’m going to cross this off my list.

    Moving on. 1 year ago

I enjoy regular massage but have decided that trying to afford it on a monthly basis was adding to much stress. I will continue to induldge myself with a massage when I can and in the meantime my husband still gives a nice foot massage most evenings!

In celebration of getting a job. Hopefully the job won’t be so stressful that it is a necessity (unlike my last career).

best investment in one's health there is... 1 year ago

...i’ve received Licensed Theraputic massages monthly for the past 19 years. It has not only healed alot of physical problems that i’d been having, but become an intregral part of my commitment toward mental/emotional/physical/spiritual health.

I’ve had the really good fortune to work with an incredibly talented LMT, who has become a good friend as well. She was initially able to heal a chronic injury from a car accident from years earlier, and since then has healed and prevented me from having foot surgery, back surgery, knee surgery….as well as corrected my posture, improved my muscle tone & range of motion, and alerted me to potential problems before they became Painful problems. Monthly massage has been an invaluable asset to my overall health.

Over the years, so many people have chided me about it being such an “Indulgence”, a frivolous and expensive waste, especially for someone with my limited income. But i wholly believe in Preventative and Maintaince health care,,,,,and if you added up all my $$$ spent on monthly massages, over say 15 yrs, it’d be around $9000.oo….which is far below what even One of those hospital stay surgeries wouldve cost…

I think we’d all be healtier, in all ways, if we invested more in this sort of self-care…
