Give all available cheers away whenever possible

I should alter this goal to:
give all the cheers I have before they’re gone?

Now, whenever I give a cheer, there are two more cheers available. Strange.

I’ve sent a mail to the Robot co-op.
We’ll see how that works out.

I had 5 cheers left to give earlier today. Then I logged out and afterwards, when I logged back in: none left.

That’s so annoying.
