Be brief, concise and to the Point: this means not being verbose and going on and on about stuff endlessly and so on and so forth. Fortunately i don't have a problem with this.

i talk all the time. i like talking. i love laughing. i don’t listen too well. i just think you need all the background to the ‘tale’ i’m about to unfold so grandiose for you!

so what if i talk alot… i like to talk… maybe i annoy people sometimes… but really who cares?

Actually, I’m doing well at this most of the time. Of course there is the occasional time when it’s just RIGHT to tell a long and winding story or two.
