25 push-ups?! Boy, would I love to do that! Even in high school when I was stacked, I could only do 10 fair to poor push-ups. I suppose that being able to do that many would be quite impressive. This is not to impress the ladies or gain a bunch of muscle mass. Sure, those would be great side effects, but mainly I am doing this for me. To prove to myself that I can do something I was never able to do.
Now moving on to 50! w00t!
Ask me for help with this one—I can actually craft you a training schedule to increase the total you can do in one set by 4 per week.
Oh, and my pecs look awesome. :D
