I have been overweight my whole life, and I’m sick of it. For once, i want to be underweight! I am a 14 year old girl and I’m 5’7 . A healthy weight is about 135 pounds. I’m hoping to get down to at least 120. I am tired of being picked on and being the fat girl. So I am determined to get this done whatever means necissary. I long to be thin, not the fat girl i am. I have a pretty face, i just need a body to match. Wish me luck everyone! This may take awhile. Oh! Does anyone know how much weight I COULD lose over the summer? I’m hoping to look a lot better when school starts up again. (:

personally my weight keeps changing…sometimes its 95 and then its 100. I’m 5 foot 2. at the moment I’m 100, and I’m dying to be 95 again. i don’t want to change my eating habits too much b/c then my parents will notice and then make me eat more. i usually have to eat the b-fast and dinner, but i try to skip lunch. any more suggestions?

My plan is to each day either fast if I feel like it, or if I eat, to eat only one meal on a specific plate. That’s how it is. If I don’t want to eat, fine. It doesn’t matter what I eat (though fruits feel better), it doesn’t matter when I eat, it doesn’t matter where I eat. The only thing that matters is that I eat once, and that it is on the said plate. The plate, I believe, is a little bit smaller than my spread hand. Maybe would hold a small slice of bread, or something like that.

ive lost 5 pounds. now im 135. my bmi is 22.5. i have 10 more pounds to go and itll be 20.5. then lower and lower.
