Have new resolve to exercise every day, even if it’s just for a single minute. Getting into the habit is the important thing-it’s easy to continue once the minute is up. I’ve been doing it for two weeks and so far only missed two days-both when I was sore from exercising the day before.
I’ll gradually up it to 11 minutes a day to get to minimum fitness guidelines from the CDC. Hula hooping is actually vigorous exercise-I’m winded every time I finish, almost.

Still getting to the gym at least once a week, sometimes twice. My workout buddy has informed me that she is going to get more serious about it and block out every Monday, so that will help too. 5 months ago

I did a half hour of stationary bike yesterday. Back to it, although the weather is making motivation a challenge. 5 months ago

Gym yesterday, did intervals for a half hour. Knees uncertain of the wisdom of this, but shouted down by euphoric post-workout mood. Hip isn’t better, but isn’t worse either. 8 months ago
