Even if you don’t really “qualify” for an AD/HD diagnosis, you might have the attention deficit syndrome and could benefit from the kinds of drugs and psychotherapy used to treat AD/HD. Folks with the syndrome benefit from developing habits that provide structure for their life and skills that can overcome some diffiulties they get into. They don’t have to become completely different people, because they often have strengths derived from their AD/HD.
