resist giving cheers when it's time to sleep

I just make myself stay off the site when I know I will go to bed soon. I am probably losing some cheers this way, but sleep is bigger priority right now.

it is now, by my computer’s clock, 10:35 p.m.

i will get off the computer by 11… well, preferably 10:45

and will not cheer past 10:45.

because i really do want to be fresh and ready to meet the day tomorrow.
