I’ve been CrossFitting for eight months. Before then I would do Bikram yoga 4x times per week. Now… well I just find CrossFit more fun than yoga so I progressively stopped going to yoga class.
Bad plan. Ok, so flexibility is one of the ten components of Crossfit… but whatever stretching we do there is apparently not sufficient for me to maintain my flexibility. And certainly not sufficient to increase it.
So my plan is to start going to Bikram yoga class again (current goal is twice per week) and to stretch for 15-20 minutes at home every night. 4 months ago
