I used to have excellent posture until about 7 years ago when someone commented on how straight I was sitting in school. I actually chose to slouch after that! The things we do because we think other people are looking at us…
I’m interested in The Alexander Technique. It’s supposed to be basically essential to be taught it on a one-to-one basis but I’m going to make do with whatever I find online. I’m hoping yoga or pilates will help too, as well as “catching myself” and correcting my posture.

Well, I have now finished physiotherapy to help with my knees. My body is all twisted from the waist down so pressure was being put through my knees when I do sport/exercise so I have a lot of knee pain. The physio has corrected a lot, and given me exercises to be going on with in order to keep my body alligned properly. It is amazing how much better it is now!
Now I have to work on the posture from the waist up, which is think will be harder!!
