...and loving nearly every song. I even heard Rob Base today. How cool is that?

I’m just under 14,000. I would normally think this is just a silly goal, but I can honestly say that because music is such a huge part of my life, this goal is sort of important to me. When music is playing in my world, my world is enhanced. New artists, new songs, even old favorites…this audio scobbler is my new favorite thing.

I’m glad I’m there, I had a burst in the last couple of weeks as I was on holiday and as usual played a lot of music

I’ve haven’t started yet musically so much music I want to listen to :D

It’s taken me a year to get to 19,000
I joined Last Fm 5 days after my mother died in February 2007 as I needed something to help me deal with how I was feeling

I spend a lot of time on there, I have met some wonderful friends from all over the world and my musical tastes have expanded immeasurably

I am so grateful to find a place where my love of music has found a home

with 91 days to go. That’s 45 tracks a day, or four albums. going to be cutting it close unless I figure out my iPod syncing :P

For some reason since I moved I haven’t listened to much music at all… not cool. I need this to be part of my routine again.

I used to be all music, all the time. Those silly memes that made you fill out the soundtrack to your life? I’d go NUTS trying to pick the best song for the situation. I remember feeling a genuine connection to the music I was listening to.

Getting back to that, and working on this goal will get me back in the groove.

this is so pointless. there was no point in keeping my thousands of track plays because my musical taste has greatly altered lately and i didn’t want the 3000+ fall out boy on there tainting it. i just reset my account.

i’m up to like 15,000 now. =) i don’t even know why this is a goal. it’s kinda pointless. it just shows that i listen to a lot of music. but people really don’t need to know that.
