I am reading a book called, “What to do when your Body Gets the Blues” and it’s all about taking a holistic approach to the symptoms of stress, being tired all the time, etc… I’m trying vitamin B, getting more cardio, regulating my bedtime and getting enough sunlight.

So I think it’s going to be a little hard to do this one. Why one may ask. It seems like the way to solve this problem would be sleep. But that’s just it. Whenever I get the chance to sleep in it never works. I always get woken up some way. Like my birds chirping their life away or my mom being up or noises outside. Or sometimes I wake up and can never get back to sleep. And then when I can’t sleep in I never get woken up unless my alarm clock goes off. I hate it.
And you know how some people say if you sleep too long it makes you just as tired as if you didn’t get enough sleep to begin with. It’s like what the hell! All I want is a good amount of sleep so I’m not tired and ready for bed at three in the afternoon.
