Be a bad ass again

My boss has been a real douche bag for the last several months and literally started intimidating me while I was having a nervoud breakdown at work and putting words in my mouth that were not my own such I was “quitting”...I reported the jerk to Human Ressources and let them hear how Mr.Boss has been abusing of his position to do shit he is not autherized to do..Oh yeah, such as threatning me! Thanks to Mr. Douche I am now on sick leave!

Being a bitch, a bad ass or whatever you want to call it should really be more of a quality than anything if done so wisely. It basically means that you shouldn’t take crap you don’t deserve, that others are not to walk all over you, to disrespect you. That’s the kind of Bad Ass one should strive to be. To be able to put back people in their place when they’ve done you wrong, and to do so not through vulgarity but by use of wit, sophistication and class, that’s the kind of bitch I live up to become.

I love this expression! A good friend of mine is a firm believer and pioneer of this practice.She says that you got to have balls and not be anyone’s doormat no matter what. Regardless of your situation, you should never take crap you don’t deserve and fight your way out if necessary. With every passing day, this is something I acknowledge more and more and promise to live by.

I’m not there yet, but I started to grow my back bone and am more confident in not letting people walk all over me.Still need some work though

With this relationship behind me, I want to be the fun loving brat I once was and who would never take the type of crap I put up with for 3 years.
