Like… how? It’s all so vague. And I don’t feel very competent, so I can never give enough prove :/
I contacted a friend for some help and asked him how he did it, and it appeared a lot more work than I had thought. Damn, he was supposed to get me through this FASTER. So I’m not making it before summer break :/ I am slooowly creeping forward…
I hate this work. It’s all blah dee blah. Writing lots about… what? Why can’t we just put everything together in one formula? That would be so much easier.
I don’t think I will make it this year. I’ll have to hand in everything before june 1. I won’t make it. I cant still finish my studies this year, but I will get my degree in october then. It’s not a problem though, because I sure don’t expect to get offered a steady contract anyway… So I won’t stress myself. I’ll have all summer to finish my studies, and now work :)
I have abt 10 assignmnts left on Cabri (out of 23, but the hardest ones yet to come!)
Prove my competences (12)
I need to devise a plan to tackle this. My results have to be in by june 21. So I have to finish everything some time before that. So I have at most 9 weeks left.
I can use every monday for my studies. (9 days)
Saturdays (9 days)
I have a 9 days may vacation, but I’m pretty sure other things have to be done then also.
Ascencion day: two days off.
Whitsun: two extra days off.
So that’s 31 days left. And Until june 1 that’s about 24 days. Hmm…
Dude I am so pumped right now.
I am finally taking that step to getting my degree.
First off, I finally got my catalog of courses from the local community college. Then I finally found the lists of classes I’ll need to take in order to graduate with my degree…
But now, I need to do the following:
1) Find out if my work will let me miss 3 hours a week (MAX!) in order to squeeze one of my classes in.
(Just a little back story on where I work now…Its temp to hire and I have been here 10 months. :o\ It doesn’t matter what you do but how much you brown nose in order to get hired. Some folks have been here for a year before they are hired on, others a mere 4 months. LAME. Working here is NOT want I want to do with my life…but the pay is damn good…so if I have this oppertunity to get my degree, baby, I am jumpin on and holdin tight and riding this train outta here!)
2) If not, then I need to find new employment that can
3) Make sure before I do steps 1 and 2 that the classes and degree I am looking into getting are the right ones ;)
Associate in Applied Science, look out, cause I am coming for YOU!
