Forgot to post about my weigh-in last week. I was up again… 0.6 lbs. No reason, I had been really REALLY good, so it was frustrating… but what do you do? I keep moving forward, period. What other option do I have? Give up??? Don’t think so.

then got EXTREMELY busy & haven’t journaled for 4 days. So… I start back at DAY 1 w/ my counting. I’m proud of those 63 days & it stinks to be starting @ DAY 1… but it’s better than not starting at all, right??
On to DAY 1! :o)
Today is DAY 60… 2 solid months of journaling… totally, honestly, completely.
Things are obviously going well… & when all is well w/ THIS, all is usually well w/ just about everything else! :o)
Now on to the NEXT 30 days!

Yesterday was day 57… wow, cool! :o)
There was a girl in my meeting 2 – 3 weeks ago, when I mentioned my 30 day THJ challenge, ask, “does journaling REALLY make all that much difference?” ...you wouldn’t believe all of the “Oh yeahs!” coming from the group. It was kind of like a “Duh!” moment.
I’ve always considered journaling to be one of the key parts of WW… from the very first time I started WW when I was in high school (1983?), checking off those little boxes (bread, protein, etc…). That WAS WW… tracking. I didn’t realize that there were people out there who thought it was optional. Yeah, I know some are better than others at actually DOING IT… but I always figured that the ones who didn’t journal because they just couldn’t get that part of it together, were not doing it w/ a whole bunch of guilt! (LOL, just kidding… not THAT much guilt) I didn’t know that some out there just didn’t think it was necessary. Call me memory-challenged :o) ...I NEED to journal.

Yup.
...of course, now you’ve got CORE, which I think is absolutely fantastic… not just for the journally-challenged, but for everyone. It guides you toward clean whole foods…fantastic for you & much more of a practical, life changing way of life. I eat mainly CORE, but I still feel the need to journal. :o)
Had my WI on Saturday …had a pretty good week of THJ & no-sugar…other than the fact that I was just a bit in the hole for the week (but didn’t count my APs… not that I earned all that many to count…only 8), the scale decided that it wasn’t going to give me a pass for not giving it everything I got & I had a 0.2 gain. Only a little bit disappointing because I like losing streaks :o)
I’m doing great though, so a tiny gain like this isn’t going to throw me off one bit.
I’m already in the middle of this week & am doing just fine!! :o)

Great day today…THJ-wise.
Weigh-in tomorrow… I’ve journaled daily & like I said yesterday, am in the hole pointswise just a bit… AND I’ve been a slug this week, earning only 8 APs all week. Hope it doesn’t bite me. Maybe it SHOULD!! :o) Nah… I’m doing pretty well…certainly a gazillion times better than I was 55 days ago, huh?? :o)
Good day, but I’m in the hole for the week w/ 1 more day to go… making pretty good food choices & THJing all of it… just not keeping a tight reign on my points. I’m not WAY in the hole & it’s worked out okay for me the last few weeks, especially since I’m not counting any of my APs, but I hope it doesn’t bite me @ WI on Saturday. We’ll see.
Day 50 today… wow.
Trying to make sure to get in all of the important basics… water, F&Vs, dairy, oil, protein @ each meal, higher fiber, etc… I think it’s what’s working. & no sugar, of course. :o)
Well… who gives a crap about sodium! LOL! I found myself down another 2.2 lbs this morning for a total of 13.2 lbs over 7 weeks!!! Can’t believe it!!
