I like it that I don’t eat that much and I don’t want to gain weight with eating more. Instead, I’m now doing exercises regularly, and I guess I’m doing good. I don’t want it quick, because that’s not the right way.
Also, I don’t eat breakfast most of the days. Starting eating breakfast would be a proper thing to do.

i was searching aimlessly on the internet trying to kill time and i found this page. i thought i was totally alone here. i have always been thin, but after my kids were born i spent alot of time running after them and eating half-meals and got thinner. i’m starting to put some back on as they are slowing down, but i still hear from people how i’m too thin, i see it too, but easier to forget when people aren’t commenting on it all the time

Instead of putting on weight with calories, I have decided to put on muscle mass. I am lifting weights again, which I love, love, looove, and I have finally broke 100lbs! I am high as a kite. And now it is winter, so maybe I will put on more weight since I won’t be hiking or doing much outdoor activity until the season is over.

I have put on at least 2lbs! Of course, I still only weigh about 91, but hey… It’s something! :P

Not my Thyroid
Well, the doctor’s checked just to make sure and it isn’t my thyroid. Apparently I am just destined to be a lean beanpole. :P Thus far, I have had zero luck gaining a thing.

No matter what I do, it isn’t working. I am not unhappy with my body in the least, I just don’t want to shop in the junior’s section anymore. :P I’m eating like a champ with this French chef of mine, so that is not it. I’ve always been tiny, but at 33 I * thought * my metabolism would slow down at some point. Apparently not!

All my family members are very skinny. I wish I could gain about 10 pounds to feel more comfortable with myself. I hate when people ask me if I have an illness. I’m a 5’8 female and weigh 110 pounds right now.

I’ve taken to drinking meal replacement smoothies alongside my real meals. Sometimes I do protein or soy shakes, also, but I think this may help me add some pounds. It is a yummy way, too! Yesterday I had one called the Chocolate Elvis (instead of a fruity one) and it was sooo delish! It was cocoa/carab (sp?), peanuts, and banana. I’ll be breaking out the blender to make this one for breakfast with my eggs & crepes this weekend. ;)

I can’t seem to pass 100lbs, and 100lbs is good for me. Right now I am teetering between 96 & 98lbs—this is NO MATTER what I do. I am trying to come up with some healthy ways to gain. It doesn’t matter what I eat, it never puts a pound on me. Suggestions are welcome!

As long as I am healthy and happy, it doesn’t make sense to put on some weight. After all,in the world millions of people, especially the women, are struggling to lose weight! Being naturally slim is a gift for a woman.
