Pregnant women are encouraged to eat healthier foods than usual. Like most pregant women, I tend to go overboard with my “cravings” and I usually surrender to my whims for crisy pata, apple pies, palabok and the sinfully rich blueberry cheese cakes…

Since I have 2 children now, I should know better and start living a much healthier lifestyle. Now how is this for a real challenge?
