Amber_10 is sneaking into a gym bc it's too damn hot to work out outside.
Surprisingly, I am actually enjoying myself working out everyday. I got a little discouraged because I didn’t seem to be losing much weight but the I remembered my goals from this list and cheered up again. MY ultimate goal is to get in shape. And I am achieving some of my other goal while excercising everyday. For instance I am also learning to dance. This is a win/win all together.

This is such a love and hate relationship but I am starting to love it. I feel great after every workout now. And this action keeps me from smoking. I also love the idea of eating healthy now too. I am starting to eat veggies as a habit. That’s good news.

Well, I have been going to physical therapy and they say my problem is my periformis muscle and also I have degenerative disc disease. Well at least it’s in 1 disc. This sucks really bad because I love to exercize.
So, I do yoga now and am going with very light aerobics.
Also, some exerciszes (spell) for my muscles. However I am nearing 140lbs.

Slowed down

I have slowed down on this walk. I hate the cold weather but I know I need to walk. Something has been bothering me on my right hip after I walk a few blocks and I am going to have to talk to my doctor about it. I hope it’s not my arthritis.

I am walking two miles a day. Now I need to add some weights or another exersize like arobics.

I am almost there. I either walk, swim or cycle most days but I want to do some form of excercise like sit-ups and press-ups each day.
