I usually spend a lot of my free time cooped up in my room because my parents don’t like to really see me;therefore,I have a ton of free time. I’m working on using it better though:working on my art portfolio, reading more,I’m actually even learning sign language on my computer.lol.The thing is I tend to kind of get upset about what my parents say to me and end up just sulking on the floor, but that’s just a waste of my life so I definitely want to start putting forth more effort to make that time more meaningful,ya know? Wish me luck.

I should be more productive when I have free time. Use it to read, improve a skill, learn something new, or just keep up with friends and connections.

    Past 3 years ago

I was much better at this a few years ago, but now I have less free time and I just do not have the feeling anymore that I am using it in a way that I would thought as worthwile as before.

Did more tidying than I would normally last night, but think I’m going to make a real concerted effort to do something constructive on Saturday, when I have a block of time to spare.

I don’t think this goal will ever be complete, so I think I’ll break it down step by step into a few other things – paint a picture, exercise more, cook new things etc. etc. Less TV and sleep to recover after work and more putting mind to new things!

I did go to the circus for the first time a few weeks ago!

I should prioritize my time better and figure out some goals…
When I have free time- Actually do something productive rather than taking a nap..

I don’t need to be, you know, writing the great American novel or anything, but there’s nothing worse than looking back on my day and realizing there are large gaps of time during which I didn’t really do or even feel much of anything. No more of that.
