finished my three for today.
a weird thing has been happening. i’ve been drinking a minimum of 96 ounces of water a day for the past six days. over the past three days i have felt starved most of the time even though i believe that i have been eating the same amount. i’m not sure if this is correlated with the great increase in water drinking.
