Lowest I got was 168.6 a few weeks ago.

So my current status is
185 lbs @ 5’8.25” = 27.9 bmi
For me to be considered as “normal” I have to weigh 165 with a BMI of 25. And to be at my goal of a BMI at 24, I need to be 159. That means I need to lose 20 pounds to be “normal” and lose 26 pounds to reach my goal.

Learning to swing dance has really helped with this one. I’ve lost 1.5 kg in the last two weeks without thinking about what I’m eating. Its great because its exercise without having to think about it, and its not something I have to drag myself to.
