I don’t want to get overly muscular b/c that looks horrible on both girls and guys.

I wanna get big. Lol….i am 18 years old, 6’0, 160 lbs. Im trying to get to about 175, 180.
Roughly.. three months ago I bought a 5kg dumbbell… The heaviest I could afford at the time (hehehe) So anyway, I have given it a fair go, maybe 3 times per week and while I’m not suddenly massive or anything my triceps have increased in diameter by about 1/4. I at least look a tad more in proportion with my cycling legs.

I can probably take this down. I am in MUCH better shape than I was two years ago when I put this up. Im still lanky but I am muscular and I have a very nice body in my own opinion LMAO. Life is good.
This one’s going nicely! I can actually see a nice lil’ bump when I flex my biceps & definitely see a change in the shape of my butt due to work-outs! It’s been awesome seeing the weight I can lift increase!
I’m already building muscle. The muscles in my arms are already bigger and harder and my calf muscles are coming along great! Today is legs day, so I’m off to destroy my calves in the gym…
Buying 140 lb more of weight plates and a barbell for $100, what a great investment!
