The hard part is the management of the label.
Sometimes I get stressed out doing it but I’ve recently been reminded of something a friend told me.
“Don’t turn gold into garbage”.
See, I started this venture looking for golden opportunities in the music biz. But the details of running a business were stressing me out. In my mind, I was turning golden opportunities into garbage.
The moral of this story is to have fun. Every mistake, every setback, everything that seems negative is a golden opportunity to learn something to help you improve and eventually succeed.
