for a long time.. I have gained probably 5 more lbs. hmm. Probably it works better for me to join a personal training program at a gym.

And I’ve been doing it all year so far. I only stopped for a few days when I had the stomach flu. Weird how things all of a sudden come together when you’ve been trying for YEARS with no luck. I write everything down in a cute notebook and I also mark that I journaled, my points, and what I exercised on a calendar so I can see everything at a glance. I exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, usually for an hour on the treadmill. It’s a habit now. Woo hoo!
But during the crazy hoilday parties, I cant be bothered with writting things down, so there are a lot of blank pages in my food journal. I also havent really found the time to exersise. Once the holidays are over, hopefully i will have at least 10 minutes to hop on the stationary bike.

I’m giving up on this goal at 43T but I’m looking for alternatives (like Weight Watchers and physically writing everything down). We’ll see, I can’t give up on this ALL together. And when I got this down, I’ll be back!

this goal is really not happening is it? Think I’m depressing myself everytime I see it here on my list. So I’m moving it out in a fit of cleaning and maybe in the new year I’ll be in a place where this will seem like a good idea again.

I really don’t want to talk about my chocolate intake, I’m in denial. We had pizza for dinner last night and fish tonight. I think I need to start doing this on Weight Watchers.com. sigh

Okay, I’m back on the wagon… sort of… trying. I’m going to journal but I haven’t decided if I’m going to journal here or Weight Watchers… looks like it’s here for now.
I had the best intentions to start off this December first off right. I was going to be PERFECT. I was going to start eating right, no more junk! That lasted all of a few hours. sigh I think I forgot how to eat right.
Tonight we have our first Christmas Party to go to. Trying to find something to wear was completely horrible and depressing. In my head I’ve started to call myself fatty fat fat. I have no idea where I got that from, maybe I read it on line. I’m tired of being a fatty fat fat and I don’t want to wait until January first to start.
So, I’m going to try it again. Pitfalls and all.
I told myself the least I could do is exercise.
