get my husband out of the army

My husband has been in the Army for a lil over a year now, we recently had a baby, and he was supposed to deploy. Instead, we went AWOL for a week and now we are trying to do a conscientious objection to war, we don’t believe in the war..if anyone has ANY advice, please help us, we came back to base and we are trying to do the necessary paperwork, but his commander said they will still deploy him, probably before the paperwork goes through..again, if u got a min. HELP
