Wondering how this is gonna turn out.

Tomorrow, I’m gonna run and work out till I puke. I’ve had close encounters before when I’ve worked out just a little too hard. But I guess the reason why I want to do this is just to take myself on a existential trip. Really push it hard. I’m in good shape but I think I’m gonna have a friend on standby just in case.
I’m not stupid or crazy, I just want to do something I’ve never done. Any thoughts on how to make it safer?
