Changed my exercise schedule to 30/35 minutes everyday but Thursday (I get allergy shots). I got Dance Dance Revolution for home which helps for those days that I really don’t want to go to the gym. Strangely enough I think the DDR is helping more than the gym cardio I was doing, because I was holding steady at my weight until DDR. Now I am slowly losing a pound here and there.

How I did it: I moved out of my parents home. Having to fend for myself, and knowing that I could go across the road for KFC every night but therefore wouldnt be able to afford to go out on the weekend(and I know which thing i'd rather do).... I lost alot of weight! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I started by taking every opportunity to do sport, from jogging for 20 minuets iwth my dad, to going swimming with my friend instead of the cinema. At some train stations, I chose the alternative to the lift, being the old fashioned stairs. It took probably 5-7 minutes more on average but at least I knew some calories were getting burnt.I ate healthily, stopped eating pasta except for rare occasions, such as once every 2 months..and of co… Read how I did it…

Moderation is something I’ve never known. Whenever I try to eat healthier and exercise, I am always all or nothing. I exercise so rigorously and eat so healthy that I simply cannot continue like this. I end up binge eating and not exercising AT ALL for months on end. This is all part of a bigger problem that I have. I am very compulsive and extreme in many of my behaviors. I have taken the dieting and exercising so far that I’ve even blacked out. Thankfully I’ve never reached the point of anorexia or bulemia, but I’ve been close.
I just want to be happy with my appearance and exercise/diet in moderation. I am seeking professional help with all of my problems, so hopefully I’ll learn to balance this soon.
I really need to lose weight & get fitter, but I always quit before I see any results.
I’ve started doing sit-ups and went jogging yesterday – my goal is to go three times a week.
Does anyone know any other exercises that are good for abs?
well..ive tried..n it works..bt until i get to 50 kg..afterwards..I stop losing weight and just remain at the same. This time I’ll try jogging, and eating healthy food at the same time..to see if it pays off?
Joined a gym 2 weeks ago. Have gotten an easy schedule set up so I don’t get burnt out on it. Right now I am going 3 times a week and I even made it on Easter Sunday morning even though I was dog tired!
I just want to feel better about myself and I know that my physical self is hindering this goal. I am also aware that stress and fatigue play a large part in my weight, so I have goals to combat those as well.
on monday i started at golds gym, i worked out then, yesterday and im going to again tonite. i got all healthy foods at the grocery store so i am well on my way to a better body!
