I’m right back where I started. I slept completely through my first class today. Ideally I would get up at 5:30 every morning and have some time to myself before going to school/work out. Last week when I was actually doing it I felt so happy with myself.

I can’t ever keep this up for more than a week! I partially blame my alarm clock for not being annoying enough. I am going to keep working at it until I don’t need an alarm clock. I should probably also start going to bed before midnight…ugh.

I wake regularly at 5:30 now. Sometimes earlier, if I snap out of my slumber, but it’s all good. I try and take a nap in the middle of the day at some point, to make sure I’m not skimping on sleep.
This is great – I feel more energized and everything seems to fall into place after my morning run and workout!

I can’t keep staying up until 3 in the morning and sleeping until 1 in the afternoon! I need to get up, have my coffee, and enjoy the day!

Yeah so my running shoes fell apart after 3 years of use (Thank you, Nike!), and I’ve been using that as an excuse to not run in the morning these last 2 days. Tomorrow, I go shoe-shopping so hopefully I should be back on schedule by Sat. Tho, just 2 days of not waking up right has kinda screwed my body clock already!

I regularly wake up at 5:30-5:45am now and that works for me. Gets me ready to go running, and starts the day off right!
Don’t know if it’s time to mark this as done… I want to go a whole month at this, to reinforce the habit. Maybe I’ll decide tomorrow. Which reminds me, need to check in on my “stop procrastinating” goal :D

Awake since 5:20am, finally got out of bed around 5:45! And all dressed for my walk already, jus waiting on my cousin to get ready too!

So I have been getting up at 6am to go walking every day for about 5 days now. A good side-effect is that I hit the sack by 11pm on the dot. So I start to wake around 5:20 am (depending on whether I have had a nap the day before) nowadays. I like it!!
It allows me to get things moving, and now I’m jus trying to make the walking a habit!

ahhh, mini-vacations... 20 months ago

So, 10 days of sleeping in till 12 noon has been great. But work will be fun – I can’t wait to get back :D

but im always tierd, and i’m sometimes late for school, because i sleep on !
