and so goes the song.
and apparently the whole earthly experience should be about feeling good. many great people think that, deepak chopra being one of them. i guess they may be right, but their endorsement is not why i want to focus on practicing acts of kindness.
being kind to others makes me feel good, and therein lies my motivation.
