I started gradually, first peeing in my underwear in the bathroom, and eventually went outside in clothes. Now from time to time I put on the tightest pants possible and drink as much as possible to thoroughly wet my pants. It feels so good! I walk around in my wet pants for a long time, and that feels good too.
The only drawback is the cleanup afterwards; if it wasn’t for that, I’d do it even more often.
