I read about how this man sets 3 personal goals per month to accomplish or new behaviors he wants to change or add. So I am picking 3 goals of mine to do this December.
I get close after my runs. I’m hoping to do it as I continue to run on Tues and Thurs. After that I want start focusing on stretching enough to do the splits.
I am constantly reminded of my inflexibility when trying to touch my toes from either a sitting or standing position. I feel that my body has evolved into this contorted root. I aspire to be able to lean over and touch my forehead to my knees.
