How to see Ani Difranco play live.
How I did it: i saw ani difranco on september 23rd, 2007 in ann arbor, michigan. omg. it was awesome. there were sooo many different types of people there. hippees, gays, lesbians, war protesters, parents, teens, you name it. they were there. and i loved it! <3 shes amazing live, her voice, shes an awesome storyteller, you can feel her energy and the coolest thing was...is that i seen her on her birthday!

This was probably one of the best live shows I’ve seen. The energy from her and the audience was just amazing.
they just started to sell them today… she’s going to be playing three gigs this summer, check that out on her homepage.
Ani has been touring for 15 years straight. She’s not touring right now because she just had a baby. I don’t think she will be able to keep still for long, but she also has tendonitis to deal with. When she starts touring again you should definitely see her, she’s great!
ani’s site doesn’t display any tour dates right now, let’s hope for the best… i really want to see her live soon.

I’ve got “Trust”, the dvd, but it just doesn’t quite cut it for me!
besamonie finds the new "I've done this" rigamarole annoying
I have seen Ani 3 times. Each show was very different in venue and feel. She is not a performer to miss! She can play a mean funk for a white girl!
It was summer, and I saw her at a tiny venue in a tiny town—there were only 50 people or so. After the show, everyone went to the beach to have a bonfire, and so we hung out with Ani. She was super-nice. This happened almost a decade ago, before she became really well-known, but I bet she’s still a nice person to chat with. :)
