make a Wonder Woman costume

i want to make an all blue wonder woman costume for comiccon 09.
someone tell me how.

I have always wanted to dress up as wonder woman, but I find all the costumes online really ordinairy and the costumes in the hire store are in really bad disrepair.
So I’ve decided to construct one myself. I have zero sewing ability but I plan to improvise. I want to wear it to mardi gras in March next year.
I think I will improvise on the overall shape of the outfit, those big nana knickers would be awful on me!
