I think it all depends on what happens after you vomit:
If you feel better? Good vomit.
If you feel the same or worse? Bad vomit.
If you vomit on your date? Very bad vomit.
If you are vomited upon? Very very bad vomit.
If you vomit on a cop while being pulled over for drunk driving? Worst vomit ever…

See, I suffered from emetophobia (fear of vomiting) for 22 years. Just 6 weeks ago, I threw up for the first time in a decade. I realized that vomiting was a natural process and you feel better after doing it :)
It’s possible I am cured, but I haven’t figured it out yet. It certainly helped though. 6 years ago
