Autumn is the season I always miss out on because I am so stressed with starting grad school and work that I forget to go outdoors and just enjoy it. Do you all know of any New England Autumn type events that are worth going to? Thanks for the help and support :)

I love autumn. I love the colours. There’s so much to enjoy. I’ve got lots to look forward to especially this autumn. I’m looking forward to visiting my friend, seeing Linton Kwesi Johnson at a local literature festival, dressing the kids up for halloween(a witch and her cat, awww they’ll be too cute! We’re not going trick or treating but we might have a tea party! with spooky food!), bonfire night. I really love bonfire night, I’m hoping the kids will love the fireworks. My eldest did 2 years ago anfd they’re both kinda bold and noisy so i doubt they’ll be freaked out. And I’m so looking forward to christmas, i’ve been saving up all year so i can get cracking with the shopping any day now. And I’m looking forward to all the yummy autumn food, soups and stews and hot puddings! Yay!
I’m already enjoying this autumn. we’ve had a few conkers already and there will definitely be more very soon. What with the ‘getting fitter’ goal i am getting out and about and enjoying the autumn. Lots of lovely walks, hedgerows full of blackberries and a weasel ran across the road in front of me the other day, I was so thrilled. Dont think i’d seen one before!
We’ve been getting out and about, splashing in puddles, kicking up the leaves, collecting nuts. I love the autumn.
Unfortunately i’m feeling a bit gloomy this week but will hopefully be back on track and enjoying autumn again very soon.
