All our bedroom furniture (heck, nearly all our household furniture) has been handed down from family or friends. I would love to have a matching bedroom set – nothing fancy, just a bed, chest of drawers and nightstands that all looked decent together. It would help if we could agree on the size bed we should have too. Originally, we had a full size, that was fine until the kids came along, then we moved directly to the king size – much easier for cosleeping and such. He didn’t like the king size, so a few weeks ago, we switched back to the full. I hate it – I never have enough room to stretch out, so we all end up playing musical beds, which is not as much fun as it sounds.
I’d like to switch back, but it would be so much work, it’s almost not worth it. (King size mattresses are no fun to move around).
