I got a heaple peep of cheers just now… and I wanted to offer up a sincere and absolute Thank You to BPS. I figure here’s a good place for it…... but I’ll be plotting to find other ways to return the warm fuzzies!

I really need to get working on this goal – things change so fast these days that not staying in touch can really damage a friendship. I’ve recently gotten in touch with a friend from high school. Thinking about this guy NEVER fails to make me grin and then feel a smidge guilty. (Seriously, I owe him like… $50 in quarters. He’d ALWAYS leave me money for a coke during Drama practice. He’d even make these little origami thingies and stick the change in there… how sweet is that? Though… leaving candy in my locker – even when it was locked – was a smidge freaky. How did he DO that?)
This being said – was it me that got in touch with ye olde origami masta? Nope. That would be my bestest friend who did. Does staying in touch with friends count if it’s done vicariously?

Y’know, I have friends who I can call up at ANY time and we talk like we’d just seen each other 15 minutes ago. Even though the last time we talked was 2 years ago.
I have other friends who seem to drift away and change a lot within a pretty short time frame. A couple of months and they’ve really changed themselves.
I’d love ot be able to keep in touch with everyone and not just through the internet… planning get togethers, writing letters, phone conferences, etc.
We used to sit up until 5 in the morning writing the silliest stories. I miss that…. Maybe we should start a Round Robin type of story LOL That’d be fun. Hmmm…. :D
