Its been a long time coming but we’re finally launching our first project from http://www.thoughtandtheory.com called Only Human. Its a community where people share stories about mistakes they’ve made in life and their advice to others.
The premise is sometimes its just as important to know what NOT to do, as what to do. Mistakes make the most compelling stories, the funniest jokes, the easiest advice to accept, and so much more. So if you’re interested in checking us out and seeing us launch, then check out our blog and watch:
So I’ve been working on it, and it’s coming more into fruition and focus. My first product is http://www.annologger.com/ I will have more coming along the way.
Some ideas…
A non-profit to increase business development in Greanda
A non-profit public health educational outreach center
The next new new thing in technology (but what?!)
Please send your ideas!
In 8 months a few friends and I created a company that went from garage to being featured in the world’s largest magazines. We were able to fund some cutting-edge technology that was our passion all the while not owing a dime. We had a fairly large following of die-hard supporters.
This week we’re selling off our baby so we all make a little bit. I’m sure we could have made so much more, but the act of creating, managing, and saying goodbye was so filled with intensity I’m not sure I could have handled it.
Maybe the problem for me is in the definition of this goal. I would say this was a huge success from our intial vision. Problem is, today my new start-up has higher stakes. At this rate next year I simply won’t be happy if we are where my old hart was. “Success” is an unacheievable goal in the long run because expectations are always elevating, but short-term I think I’ve won.
Hope to select one of it soon and kick start my “project710” (ya thats the code !)
Well, the good news is that I’ve been working everyday, and getting into the habit and swing of things. However, I seem to take two hour lunches, and I don’t work at night. I don’t know if that’s good or bad.
