I just got some new weightlifting shoes with an elevated heel. After wearing them, I managed to do a couple of pistols on my right leg, but none on my left leg :/
I haven’t done squats at all for about a month though, so hopefully I should have this down soon.

Today I managed to do a graceful pistol squat on my left leg while juggling giant juggling balls. I just about did a rubbish one on my right leg. I’ll call this done but I’ll still keep working on them.

This is actually easier if you hold weights out in front of you (they only need to be light ones).
The frustrating about this is that I’ve been able to do it on one leg for a while but I don’t seem to have the same balance or strength on the other side. I’m almost there though.

Been using a pole to shimmy up using just as much arms as needed to get up, but I dont do enough or often enough.
I need to do five per leg five times a day throughout the day.

depends on whos looking. Been working on rock up squats 5×5 to get the feel of the core engagement and also doing high box step ups while standing on the heel of the other foot. That totally takes out the other leg’s ability to asist in the step up. Really challenging, unless you can do pistols but then…
