Since graduating from college and post-grad studies – it feels like I haven’t quite grown up – at least from the perspective of my wardrobe.

School means jeans, fleece, t-shirts, hiking boots and tevas. Sadly my wardrobe hasn’t evolved much. Part of it is where I work – I work in the realm of Natural Resource Management and as such, the dress code is casual and my attire is quite typical.

That said, I want to look professional at meetings and training sessions – and given that the dress code is so casual – I feel a little lost trying to “dress it up”.

I am going to go shopping this fall in the city, maybe even see if I can recruit a friend or two or failing that, a personal shopper to assist. 6 years ago
