This is Slovak classical piece by Timrava (one of the few women writers who herself was great writer) and it really surprised me. It was fresh, it was fun, it was sad, actors were really great. Together with Testosteron one of my favourite pices of Nitra theatre. I will surelly go once more to see it.
And because of this play I decided to change this goal to “see all the theatre pieces of DAB (Nitra theatre)”.

^ The phenomenal Jodie Jacobs

I adore the theatre but just don’t go often enough. I’ve been 3 times this year so far. I’ve seen the following shows so far:

1. Sleuth-Sheffield Lyceum-May 15th 2008 (2 man cast of Simon MaCorkindale and Michael Praed).

I really enjoyed this, it was funny and very well acted.

2.The Wedding Singer-Sheffield Lyceum-June 21st 2008 (Full Cast. Principals; Natalie Casey, Jonathon Wilkes, Jodie Jacobs, Simon Lipkin,Nick Hayes)

3.The Wedding Singer-Nottingham Theatre Royal-July 19th 2008 (Full Cast)

I loved this show so much I had to travel to Nottingham to see it again before the tour ended. Major qudos to Jodie Jacobs who has the most amazing voice. Her belt at the end of Saturday Night In The City is nothing short of phenomenal.

So far in my quest to see more theatre I have the following shows booked;

-Absurd Person Singular -Sheffield Lyceum-September 17th 2008
-Evita-Sheffield Lyceum-October 18th 2008
-The Witches of Eastwick – Sheffield Lyceum-December 6th 2008

If anyone can recommend any other shows it would be appreciated :)
