Hestia74 is building up on my FLYlady routines...
Until I have my baby and go through the post-partum phase, I can’t think of losing weight. But I do have a plan. Right now I’m exercising (mostly walking) so I don’t gain too much weight during my pregnancy. However, I am not restricting myself from eating when I want to. The baby needs the calories

Well, I found out today that my scale is 15lbs off. So I’m throwing it away.
I’m kinda pissed actually so now I must find a new scale.

I woke up and jogged for thirty minutes!
Hopefully my refrigerator motivation board will help me stay motivated. I added a picture of how I want to look so I have a visual reminder of why I’m trying to change my eating and exercising behavior.
I also added this quote from P.T. Barnum:
“Whatever you do, do it with all your might, work at it early and late, in season and out of season, not leaving a stone unturned, and never deferring for a single hour that which can be done just as well now.

I dressed up my fridge today with things that help remind me that I should exercise at least 30 minutes per day and what my diet should be.
I decided to use information on from WebMD to help me make exercising a habit. http://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/guide/exercise-habits
Once I have made “little things” like walking or jogging a part of my exercise routing, then I will consider joining a gym.
I decided to use the “Biggest Loser Diet” to help me make better decisions about what I’m eating. I have this information posted on the refrigerator:
The 4-3-2-1 Pyramid
Outline of the meal guide for Biggest Loser (found here: http://www.transportamerica.com/pdf/Wellness_biggest_loser_diet.pdf )
The “Fridge Size Portion Control Guide” (from WebMD: http://img.webmd.com/dtmcms/live/webmd/consumer_assets/site_images/media/pdf/diet/portion-control-guide.pdf )
My ultimate goal is to be 180 lbs and slim and trim.

Getting suggestions from my chiropractor(s):
- Eat a fruit or a vegetable just before a meal, and waiting 10 minutes to see if I’m still hungry
- Eat more soup (time to start tracking this goal here again?)

so everyone knows about the freshman fifteen. well when I came home from school last week I went to the doctor. I hadn’t been since Christmas break. I found out I had lost 15 pounds! people had been telling me I looked smaller but I didn’t believe it until then. I haven’t been dieting I think just the walk to and from school is helping me burn the weight off. this is encouraging!

I would like to tighten up my abs, slim down in my thighs and build some muscle in my arms. I would also like to get rid of the bra bulge.
