Taking my time eating a lot of veggies and trying to remeber to take my dag on daily vitamins lol and drinking water! Well worth doing I cant wait to get out of the 300’s I have a long way to go but I AM doing it this time! Yay :) 3 months ago

I have been back and forth and up and down with my weight, but about a month ago I gave in and hired a personal trainer. The results were apparent. I think what I was really missing was motivation. I have never been very out of shape or overweight and even at my heaviest I never had trouble finding a date. I think for me I had no motivation besides a vague dissatisfaction with my body shape that wasn’t really shared by anyone else. I know I need outside stimulation for these types of things so that is what I got! The only problem is I have been working so many 18 to 20 hour days lately that I have had to cancel on my trainer too often. at least now i am much closer to my ideal body shape. 9 months ago
