I purchased a week of diet meals from my gym. The food was terrible but sticking to the plan taught me self control and moderation. Now that the week is over, I am going to make my own portion controlled meals every week.

I’m a creature of habits. I weigh 145 lbs right now. To weigh 20 lbs less, I need to modify some habits.

- Practice portion control when eating

- Nap when I am tired instead of turning to food. I gain most of the weight on Mondays. If I can avoid eating to compensate for tiredness, I will lose weight.

I’d like to be a toned 125 lbs…which means losing about 15 lbs. This is really hard for me…i always seem to stay at 140, if i’m overweight my fat turns to muscle and i’m still at 140..guess its better to be a firm 140 then flabby 140..haha…

It’s about my weak will power to say no and not eat when I get board…and also i’m training for a half marathon…which is hard cuz you need plenty of carbs…i know diets don’t work..you just have to change your way of life…the way you think your mind!!! its about saying no to yourself and listening to that inner voice…and listening to your stomach when its full and stop eating even when there’s one more bite…if your full your full so stop eating!!!! easier said then done damn it

i’ve lost a lot of weight. it really took me by surprise when i stepped on the scale. i’m down to about 139 now (that was about 2 weeks ago) and i’ve been feeling so confident and comfortable with my body lately. it’s greatttttttt.

but this time i want to gain my helath.. or if i already have it remain healthy.. i do not feel any pain or disroder . other than stress because of lack of B vitamins or omega.. i am young now and may be my body is able to cope but i want to feel healthy when i am older too.. in case i achieve something beautifull and i have a motive to leave for.. it is ok either way right now.. :(

when i got my pilates machine i used it every day for 8 days. i went down a size in the same kind of jeans i always buy. that made me feel SO fantastic. but now i’ve been kind of only doing it every other day and i feel like nothing is happening. i know i’ll get better results the more often i do it, but it just gets so difficult to stay motivated sometimes!

i really wanted to look and feel a lot better by the time fall semester started, but i don’t know what’s gonna happen now.

I want to lose 12 lbs. The way I will do this is by not eating junk food past 9 pm, start eating breakfast regularly, and get outside to exercise for 1 hour each day

i kind of fell off of the wagon a couple of weeks ago. right now i am trying my best to use up all of the money on my meal card since it doesn’t carry over, so trying to diet during this last week of school would not be helping! but summer’s almost here. i’ll be good then.
