is reserving travel books so I can plan family adventures.
I originally wanted to do 50 daily, but I wasn’t doing it. It’s just too big right now. So, I’m changing my goal to do sit ups daily and setting my reminder to tell me to do 10 daily. When I’ve done that for awhile, I’ll increase and work my way to 50!

James
finished week 10 of the Police Academy!
I’ve applied to the local Sheriff’s Office and if I go to the academy – I’ll have to do LOTS of them.

I started this list yesterday morning and last night the ‘do sit-ups’ was stuck in my mind, so to get it out of my head, I just had to do them! Starting slow, 3 lots of 10 reps. Ha Ha!

I’m trying to do 20 sit-ups once per a week recently.

I don’t know if it’s genetic or something but I’ve used to do about 200-300 sit-ups a day and have absolutely no results. It sucks! Now I do like 50-100.

Actually, I have already begun, but I have been inconsistent. This would not take longer than five minutes and it would make such a difference in my self esteem. I can only do ten at a time right now. When I was fit, I could do 100 without stopping.

ok, i’m only doing 15, and my goal is 20, but i am putting this on my finished list because i am going to accoplish this very soon, and i know i will keep up with it. if i don’t, i will have to resign myself to being old, and i am not quiet ready to do that yet.

this is my third day at doing 12 a day. i am not putting this on my completed list until i reach 20 a day. and i WILL reach 20. at this rate, it’ll take me another month, but it feels good to be so diligent about working on one of these goals. if only the other goals were this easy.
