leave a good book on a bench for someone

I’m going to go through all my books now. Hopefully I find a good one! ^-

I left The Alchemist. It’s a good book. I’m sure someone enjoyed it.

That somebody would chase me down the street waving my book around and screaming “wait you forgot your book!” after I’d left it on a bus stop seat on purpose.”

A website all about this is BookCrossing.com. You enter in a book, mark it with a number and the website, and when someone finds it they write a short entry saying where they found it and where it’s going now.

It’s great fun, especially watching a book trip from one continent to another!

I’ve left books on seats in airports. Sometimes I wonder if anyone ever read the books I left behind.
