    This is harder than it seemed 4 years ago

    Since they don’t award the Nobel Prize for a specific work, and since not all of the recipients are novelists, narrowing the list down is tough. I chose the Nobel recipients because I am doing the same for the Pulitzer winners, but I wanted to read more works from outside North America. I got the bug for this list after reading Jose Saramago’s Blindness, which I highly recommend.
