I’m going to court tomorrow on behalf of an old friend for a visitation matter in post decree divorce case. I’m representing him. Hope it goes well. There’s a lot of back and forth bickering between the two parties – can’t get the ex to cooperate so the child is in the middle suffering b/c of it – that’s all I can say re confidentiality and all. 23 months ago

I drafted a petition for someone pro bono and agreed to be his attorney pro bono for a litigious matter. Now he’s bombarding me with long phone calls and emails and I’m beginning to regret doing something nice as I’m having trouble setting boundaries to my good will. 1 year ago
